No batch is ever exactly the same; each harvest must be savored for its own unique flavor profile. If your usual ‘cup of joe’ tastes exactly the same every morning it’s a good bet the coffee is either old, over-flavored, over-roasted, or all of the above. single-origin & micro-lot beans
Each of our unique blends is crafted from premium single-origin or micro-lot beans. Unlike many coffee roasting companies, we don’t mix the good stuff with a cheap ‘filler’ bean for the sake of profit. We use only premium coffee beans that we already love as independent specimens. All of our small batches are roasted with care, every week, in Aubrey, Texas, just about 40 miles north of Dallas.
We began this endeavor out of a passion for REAL coffee purchased in small lots from family-owned farms throughout various coffee-growing regions.
