Named for our favorite Bantam Rooster, Captain, this blend is light, has great balance, and will definitely wake you up in the morning!  See, Captain takes his job in the chicken yard very seriously, and he’s proud to let the whole neighborhood know about it. We’re proud to offer you this light but feisty roast with a tart, dark chocolate flavor that’ll have you flapping to get out of bed!

When you got him, he was all big brown eyes and puppy breath…what’s not to love?  Two years later, that love is the only thing saving him when he shows up smelling like the business end of a skunk.  You might need a good stiff jolt before clean-up begins…that’s where our Dirty Dawg could help.  It’s a full-bodied, medium-roasted blend that feels pleasant on the tongue and goes great with desserts or after dinner.  Oh, and no offense, but our Dirty Dawg smells WAY better than yours!

New Blend! We upped the flavor on this blend until we were smiling! We’re not talking the conventional domestic feline here. Quiet and graceful, this is a well-balanced medium roast blend of condensed Honduran and deeply flavorful Brazilian beans.  Startlingly agile, the combination of sweetness and a bit of cocoa will have you alert and purring in no time!

You like your coffee dark, stout, and full of flavor, and you’re not gonna settle for anything less.  In fact, you might just be a little bullheaded about it – and that’s ok. Because we’re stubborn, too, when it comes to bringing you this full-bodied, rich blend, roasted to deep dark perfection.  Unapologetically smoky and bold, this big ol’ blend really stands out from the herd. And that’s no bull.

Dark Roast- Costa Rica, Columbia & Brazil

In tribute to our home town, Aubrey - The Horse Capital of Texas - we have dubbed our French/Espresso Roast, Dark Horse. While a Stallion may demand attention, in horse culture it is the Dominant Mare who keeps the herd in line. She is out front with a fierce attitude and pinned ears. Butt-biting and a swift kick to the nether regions are not out of the question. Never bet against the Dark Horse - she will surprise you every time.

Honestly, we just loved the pig and were trying to find something we could make with the piggy. Peppermint Pig just rolled off our tongue. It has been wildly popular and is a bit like liquid candy cane. Now that’s the Holiday Spirit.
